We received a huge file with docuents to sign from Bank of America. I reached out to our closing coordinator and MC about what to do….
They both sent different answers. My MC said to send them back, my CC said do not send anything back.
What has your experience been? Sending them back or not sending them back?
Hello Newlywed Homebuyers,
I vote for don’t send anything back. Usually if you need to sign something your MC would tell you to go to the office. I also read a post here that a member signed the documents and mailed back and that cause the Bank to open a second loan for them.
The “vote” from kihomi86 is correct. There will be no documentation that goes directly between you and BOA during this process.
Additionally, at this stage of the process, your CC is your point of contact person, so his/her directions would supersede those of your MC.
