Is there a way for a none Bank of America account holder to track their mortgage loan application? BOA website asking for someone to enroll to be able to track? Since NACA closing counselors don’t respond to emails or provide status, It would be nice to atleast know how the application is going.

No, BOA does not have the tracking function the way Citi does, and you’re probably better off because of it. The mortgage tracking function on the Citi website does far more to confuse and frustrate members than it has ever helped.
Your NACA file is always going to be the official source for information on your NACA file, period. If there’s nothing new, then it simply means that things are in the works, but there hasn’t been a significant “milestone” reached in the process yet to warrant an update.
Additionally, lots of folks try way too hard to understand every small detail in the process. All that typically causes is the member developing a case of what the Forum family kiddingly calls the “Close to Closing Crazies”. In other words, you’ll only drive yourself to distraction unnecessarily, especially since the vast majority of what you will see in your file at this point is internal notes, messages between NACA and the bank, and so on. (One of the first “symptoms” of this is checking your file more than once a day.)
Always remember that if something comes back from the bank that requires your attention or input, your Closing Coordinator will get in touch with you.
Relax, let the system work, and focus your energies on getting ready for the big move!
Okay, thank you @ttrumble! I will try to relax, I think I’m having the “Close to Closing Crazies” already. I always wish to see progress status on my file and if I don’t or see things still pending for about 3-4 days I get worried.
