Still Aggy but thankful. So as I previously posted, my appraiser had an issue with his MLS system and appraised my home based on the value of properties that were purchased 2017 and 2018 in my area. He did not see the properties in his system that my Agent sent to him. He corrected my appraisal and resent it to Corelogic the very next day from me receiving it in my Webfile. I am now being told that I have to submit a dispute. I know there is a reason why they have these systems in place but I feel like some things are just made so much harder. So I feel aggravated that now I will most likely have to wait 2 more weeks of no fault of my own. I pray I close in December because my landlord is not allowing me to stay even a day more. Also, the seller had the tenant move out. So I am praying that after the dispute, I will be able to move forward in a timely matter. Thank you NACA customer service for doing what you needed to do for me. I appreciate you looking into it and getting the answers for me. This is not a NACA issue. It is a BOA/Corelogic issue.
I hope everyone has a great holiday tomorrow. Congrats to everyone who got those keys today!!! So happy for all of you. I will keep you all updated on my road to getting those keys.November 27, 2019 at 3:31 pm #62558BakerTheBakerMember
If the home is vacant now, and you’re confident the sale will ultimately go forward, consider asking the Seller to rent and occupy the home early – that will resolve the issue with not being able to extend your lease. You still have plenty of time to close in December, though. Good luck!November 27, 2019 at 3:33 pm #625592BLESSEDMember
Still praying for you @Aggy. It will happen for you just as many others. Stay encouraged and pray for patience. Everything will come together in HIS perfect timing. I am in a similar situation, my house is a new construction and has been delayed. I too have to move by 1-25-20. I am believing that All IS WELL! Have a good holiday!
You are blessed and no weapon formed against you shall prosper! Keep your head up Queen!November 27, 2019 at 4:04 pm #62560
@bakerthebaker I wish I could do that!!! I would move December 1st!!! I dont think NACA allows that though.November 27, 2019 at 4:47 pm #62561BakerTheBakerMember
I can’t see why NACA would have anything to do with it. You’d be renting the property from the current owner. I don’t know of any rule saying you can’t buy the property you’re renting. Hopefully someone more experienced than I am could answer.November 27, 2019 at 4:48 pm #62562
