    My MC mentioned the new process when the bank app is submitted that essentially assigns a new person to handle your file. No one has contacted me. I have seen lender conditions popup and I have addressed them all. Today it says “Many conditions still pending. Please review and address.” I don’t know who I can talk to at this point. I emailed my MC requesting someone call me to provide clarity on what is needed from me. Who is my poc now? How can I get human interaction so that I can be sure about the conditions to be addressed, even though I believe I have addressed them all. I am still on schedule with everything so far but I can easily see things slipping if I don’t get a handle on this ASAP.
    All thoughts appreciated.




    I called Member Services at 425-602-6222 and they were able to give me my Closing Coordinator’s (I think that’s their title) name and email address.

    Thanks. Both my MC and another person responded to my email earlier. The other person made my remaining conditions clear but I still have no name. I do however have their email address. I will use that for now and keep member services in my back pocket just in case.
