    I had my 2nd appointment April 7th and I haven’t been able to open my action plan. I’ve asked my counselor numerous times to send it to me but have been told to call customer service. I called Customer Service numerous times and it’s been a nightmare but I did get a very nice lady on friday May 10th that stated she will contact IT. I’m using internet explorer and tried on different desktops and the error message I’m getting is pdf file is corrupted and it’s been over s month now. Why is my counselor not just sending it to my email. This is so discouraging and I understand theyy have a lot of work but it’s been too long for me to not have an idea what my action plan is.
