3 MC’s in 6 months. Have anyone else experienced this many MC’s in a short time frame? I was told by my first MC although I live with parents my file (income, payment history ect.) looked good I could get my file sumbmitted in 3-6 months. My hopes were high to submit sooner than 6 months. Well MC number 1 quit. MC number 2 says I have to wait until 6 months in order to get my file submitted. My 6 months is here and my file is suppose to be submitted on my next appointment which is just 5 days before MC number 2 last day working at NACA.
I only found this out because I invited someone to the NACA workshop when they announced it. MC number 2 will not email or call back. I’m a little frustrated…..
@MsBama I understand your frustration, If you can, I recommend you to just plan to go to the office one day even without an appointment and either your counselor or someone else will review your file with you and they will submit it to underwriting or they will tell you what you need to do in order to be submitted
Thank you @southflorida I actually went up to the office yesterday. The MC submitted my paperwork to the underwritters. YaY!!! I have two questions how would I know if she submitted it for sure? Would anything change on my NACA portal indicated it is indeed submitted? (I didnt actually see her submit it). Also once I am approved or denied Would they contact me via email?
Thank you @southflorida . Just praying everything works out for the best. I can say it is upsetting… knowing we set the appointment up to submit my documents to the under writers and now I’m just clueless. I will try to look at it more positive. Again, thank you for your ear and encouragement.
