    I’m not debating the flow of information. I’m just saying the call center is not supposed to give advice unless they have information in front of them. Your MC will be able to give advice without having anything to update you on. Whether they do or not is a different story.

    Using the example from earlier, the call center will be trained to say you are on track until they see in your file it says otherwise. The MC however will be licensed to say “Here’s what I think”.

    Along the same lines as giving legal or medical advice if you have not passed the BAR or are not board certified.
