(UPLAND, CA – October 8, 2016) – On Tuesday October 11th at 12:00 p.m. in Upland, NACA will celebrate the establishment of a permanent presence in the Inland Empire at the Grand Opening of its new Upland office. Southern California homebuyers can access NACA’s incredible mortgage: no down payment; no closing costs, and no need for perfect credit at the lowest fixed interest rates available. NACA has $13 Billion of this mortgage product with everyone receiving the same terms and qualification not based on a borrowers credit score.
NACA’s Founder and CEO Bruce Marks will preside over the ribbon cutting ceremony at 12:00 noon Tuesday at the new NACA office at 205 North, 2nd Avenue, Upland, CA. Elected officials including members of Congress and Inland Empire communities are expected to attend in support of NACA’s efforts, as well as local community leaders and clergy. While the NACA program sounds too good to be true, NACA homeowners who purchased through the Los Angeles office will be there to provide personal testimonies.
With Upland being the 42nd office nationwide, NACA brings its groundbreaking Best in America Mortgage, comprehensive counseling and aggressive community advocacy. NACA Founder and CEO Bruce Marks states that “NACA is a game changer, for those devastated by lenders predatory practices and now cut-off by banks refusal to lend to working people. As good as the NACA mortgage sounds it is even better including aggressive interest rate buydown to zero percent, rehabilitation funds and more.”
NACA is also widely known and respected nationwide and in California for its Home Save Program and events where over 250,000 struggling homeowners received affordable solutions – many in California.

NACA’s advocacy for homeowners was also highlighted recently when the owner of a Southern California mortgage modification scam exposed and sued by NACA was sentenced to prison. The now defunct First One Lending Corporation was a mortgage modification scam operation that falsely claimed to be affiliated with NACA. John Vescera, president of First One, was sentenced to prison three years after NACA sued, won, recovered and refunded their victims’ money.
