VIDEO CONFERENCING NOW AVAILABLE IN REMOTE COUNSELING PROGRAM

GREAT NEWS FOR MEMBERS IN OUR REMOTE COUNSELING PROGRAM!

VIDEO CONFERENCING is now available for Remote Counseling Sessions. You now have the option of speaking on the telephone with your counselor as before or now conduct an electronic “face to face” session.

To have a video counseling session, please go to www.gotomeeting.com on your PC or Mac and click on “JOIN A MEETING” in the upper right-hand corner, or get the app for your mobile device from iTunes or the Google Play store. At or shortly before the time scheduled for your counseling session, please enter the nine-digit meeting code that will be supplied by your counselor. The service is free of charge, and you do not have to pay for any software or features.

Studies show that 55% of information in a conversation is non-verbal in nature, and that many people are simply more comfortable being able to see the person with whom they are speaking. This new option will allow many of our members to communicate more fully with their counselor and create a more productive session for all concerned.

Members in the Remote Counseling Program, please email your counselor right away to take advantage of this new feature to make your counseling session more comfortable and productive!

      Please call NACA Member Services at 425-602-6222 for help getting your NACA ID number and setting up your password.
