NACA HOUSTON OFFICE REOPENS

As efforts begin to recover from the devastation left in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, NACA’s #HOUSTON office is open again. Anyone who missed an appointment as a result of Hurricane Harvey will be rescheduled at the very first opportunity. If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment at the Houston office please call at the very first opportunity at 713-706-3400 so we can hopefully give that appointment to a member who has already missed an appointment as a result of the storm and flooding. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in the region during this very stressful time.

    Hi

    I just wanted to know where I am in the process. I see on my timeline where naca responded to the lender a few times but after that nothing. I sent a email to my counselor and haven’t heard from her yet. I don’t know if she needs me to submit anything to the bank or her or did she already respond to the conditions? See the below time line. My closing date is Oct 2nd I am trying to close before then please help took out some personal identifying information like account numbers. Thx!
