Here are a couple of reminders for all of our members now that the new year has begun:
Annual membership dues of $25 are presently due and payable for all Purchase Program Members who have not received a Clear to Close on their loan. Dues may be paid on line through your NACA web file. NACA membership dues are paid annually and are due from all members on January 1 of each year and cover the calendar year through December 31, regardless of the month in which you started the program.
Please be aware that your NACA file will not be able to progress forward until the annual dues have been paid.
Tax forms for 2016 must be submitted to your NACA file as soon as they are available.
- ALL W2 and 1099 forms must be submitted to your file no later than January 31.
- All tax returns must be submitted, in their entirety, no later than Tuesday, April 18. Please note that all forms must bear the physical signature of the person filing the return, even if the return was filed electronically with the IRS.
- Members filing a form 4868 (Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File U.S. Individual Income Tax Return) will not be able to move forward in the NACA process until such time as their tax return has been filed and any taxes due have been paid.
