Special ATLANTA HOME SAVE Workshops Start this Saturday!

NACA will conduct a series of special Home Save Workshops in preparation for our FINAL Atlanta American Dream Tour Event coming up May 15th through the 19th at Americas’ Mart in downtown Atlanta.

These special one-hour workshops are designed to dramatically streamline the process for anyone who is looking to save their home from foreclosure, get caught up on a past due mortgage or modify an unaffordable payment.

The ultimate objective is to work with homeowners and have their file already prepared for submission to their lender prior to the opening of the event.  This will be done through electronic submission of documents either remotely or at the local NACA office, combined with a scheduled telephone counseling appointment with a NACA counselor. Once the doors open on the 15th, the homeowner will then simply show up at the event. The file will be given a short review to ensure that it is ready, and will be immediately submitted to the lender electronically.  The homeowner will then be able to meet face to face with their lender to potentially get an on-the-spot solution the same day.

This will not only significantly reduce the amount of time our members spend at the event but will also accommodate the largest number of homeowners possible since this will be our LAST event in Atlanta.
