(October 20, 2014 – Ontario, CA) – NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), HUD Certified non-profit, will be doing a final American Dream event in Ontario providing Inland Empire area homeowners with an opportunity to meet face-to-face with their lender/servicer to obtain a same day affordable solution.  A NACA American Dream Event which is the nation’s largest and most effective homeownership event, will be at the Ontario Convention Center from Monday, October 20th through Tuesday, October 21st with doors open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.  Also, home buyers have the opportunity to obtain America’s Best Mortgage. ALL SERVICES ARE FREE.

NACA’s American Dream Tour event gives homeowners the opportunity to meet face to face with their lender along with a NACA advocate to obtain an affordable solution the same day. Many homeowners have their interest rate reduced to as low as 2% and possibly a principal reduction, saving hundreds and sometimes more than a thousand dollars a month on their mortgage payment. NACA has done over 150 American Dream events, with several previous events in the Ontario area, assisting over a quarter-million homeowners nationwide.

NACA has legally binding contracts with all the major lenders and investors to get this done with counselors and bank representatives on hand to provide face-to-face solutions. “NACA continues to be relentless in advocating for the homeowners” states Bruce Marks NACA CEO. “We do not take no for an answer and encourage the homeowners to continue to advocate. This includes filing complaints with the regulators such as CFPB to have them monitor the decisions of the lenders.”
