(October 17, 2014 – Ontario, CA) – NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), HUD Certified non-profit, will be doing a final American Dream event in Ontario providing Inland Empire area homeowners with an opportunity to meet face-to-face with their lender/servicer to obtain a same day affordable solution.  A NACA American Dream Event which is the nation’s largest and most effective homeownership event, will be at the Ontario Convention Center from Friday, October 17th through Tuesday, October 21st with doors open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.  Also, home buyers have the opportunity to obtain America’s Best Mortgage. ALL SERVICES ARE FREE.

NACA’s American Dream Tour event gives homeowners the opportunity to meet face to face with their lender along with a NACA advocate to obtain an affordable solution the same day. Many homeowners have their interest rate reduced to as low as 2% and possibly a principal reduction, saving hundreds and sometimes more than a thousand dollars a month on their mortgage payment. NACA has done over 150 American Dream events, with several previous events in the Ontario area, assisting over a quarter-million homeowners nationwide.

NACA has legally binding contracts with all the major lenders and investors to get this done with counselors and bank representatives on hand to provide face-to-face solutions. “NACA continues to be relentless in advocating for the homeowners” states Bruce Marks NACA CEO. “We do not take no for an answer and encourage the homeowners to continue to advocate. This includes filing complaints with the regulators such as CFPB to have them monitor the decisions of the lenders.”

Because of the mortgage crisis still facing Californians, and the overwhelming demand for NACA’s mortgage program, NACA will conduct one LAST American Dream event to help struggling homeowners in Ontario and the surrounding area. It is crucial that everyone in the area take advantage of this opportunity to meet with their lender for a same-day solution to their unaffordable mortgage. Homeowners with Bank of America loans can potentially benefit from the recently announced $17 Billion mortgage settlement with the Justice Department as well as the other settlements. Since all of NACA’s services are free, homeowners have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

NACA’s Home Save and Purchase programs have been highlighted on the national and local news as the most effective in providing affordable homeownership. This includes home buyers who can qualify at the event for NACA’s Best in America Mortgage: no down payment, no closing costs, no points or fees, and everyone receives a below market interest rate without consideration of their credit score but based on their individual circumstances. Homeowners and homebuyers can again realize the dream of affordable homeownership. For documents needed and to register, go to www.naca.com or call 281-968-6222. Walk-ins are welcome.
