Im having the same issues. I cant even schedule an appointment because its saying I have to upload documents that have already been uploaded.
Thannks Tim. My MC just sent my file to underwriting and I wanna get a headstart on any funds I could possible use to help me in the buy down phase.
I havent had to submit any LOE’s just yet but I wrote them based on any transaction over $100 on my bank account. Fortunately, I had access to a printer/scanner so thats what I did. Maybe invest in one or try going to your library and using theirs.
I cam here to research this. You would think for a city with as big as Atlanta that they would have more downpayment assistance programs.
